ACTION RV, COVID-19 and YOU

We know that many of you live in your RV, use your RV for transportation or are an essential service provider that uses an RV for your service provision.

WE ARE HERE FOR ALL OF YOU!

While we stay open as an 'Essential' business during the pandemic, we wanted to let you know some of the precautions we are taking to keep our customers and employees safe.

We are limiting the number of customers in our store to 3 individuals. If you call ahead and place your parts or supply order over the phone or by email, we are happy to provide walk out delivery to you in our parking lot.

For seniors and at risk individuals living in your RV, we will also deliver supplies and parts to you where you reside in the RV. Please call us to learn more about deliveries and service territories.

For service customers that do not feel comfortable coming into the service area, we are able to provide concierge parking lot service write ups. Just pull in, honk your horn to alert us of your arrival, unhook your RV, we will create your work order and then we will park your RV just like we always have done in the past. We have the capability to enter all data in our system with our mobile devices in the parking lot.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding of our policy changes! Because we are operating with a limited staff, some wait times may be extended beyond what has been normal for both service and parts orders. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!
