Exiss Weekender Ceiling Replacement

These are pictures of a 2003 Exiss XT300 with a 4' weekender package that was originally built by Action RV when the trailer was new. The roof seal was never properly maintained and leaked for several years causing the ceiling panels to rot. We removed all of the cabinets, moldings, dome lights, air conditioner and roof vents then removed the damaged ceiling panels and insulation in preperation for the replacements. We then installed the new insulation, ceiling panels and all of the cabinets followed by moldings, lights, air conditioner and a complete roof re-seal. The finished project is a living quarters that is in factory new condition.

The Morton Jamboree overhead bunk rebuild.

This is a Fleetwood Jamboree class C that had major rotten wood as a result of roof seal neglect. We completely removed all wood that was structurally un-sound, then proceeded to rebuild the frame work then the laminated walls. After the rebuilding of the frame work, then came new wall and ceilng panels, a new bunk platform then the re-bonding of the fiberglass exterior panels. The final stages included new interior trim molding, new cab lights, refurbished exterior molding and followed up with a complete coach exterior detail and wax.

Six Pac Slide In Pickup Camper

Here is a camper that has suffered a very typical stress caused condition in pickup campers. After running down the road many years in the bed of a pickup truck, the areas around the pass thru window start to shake apart causing the exterior metal to tear at the corners and buckle. We removed the damaged sheet metal, rebuilt the structure and added extra reinforcements to the frame work. Then we installed new metal to match and sealed all the moldings for a water tight finish
